Vree & Co Swim will be taking a short break to spend some much-needed time with our family. 💙 We will be out of the pool through August 11 and look forward to seeing all of our amazing swimmers again when we return!

💙 Two new swimmers. Two incredible journeys. One very proud swim family! 💙

When Noah and Charlee came to us for their very first lesson, they were both unsure of what they could accomplish, but big brother Noah was ready to take on the challenge first. He was willing to try new skills and kept encouraging his little sister along the way.

Charlee, on the other hand, was absolutely terrified. If her feet couldn't touch the bottom, she wanted nothing to do with it. Putting her face in the water? She didn't believe she could.

Fast forward to today... and WOW!

Charlee finished her last lesson swimming across the pool with beautiful, correct form, confidently jumping off the diving rock, and swimming out all on her own! The confidence she has built is something truly special to watch.

And Noah? He wrapped up his lessons swimming all over the pool, diving down to retrieve items from the bottom, and even mastering a switch-up swim, transitioning from underwater to above the water without ever stopping or putting his feet down. What an awesome accomplishment!

Watching these siblings grow in confidence, trust their skills, and realize they are capable of so much more than they thought is exactly why we love what we do.

Noah and Charlee, we are SO proud of you both! Keep swimming, keep believing in yourselves, and remember... every brave swimmer started with one small step of courage. 💙

Refresher Sessions Are Here!

Did your swimmer make amazing progress this summer but could use a little confidence boost before the season ends? We've got you covered!

We're opening a limited number of Refresher Sessions for returning Vree & Co Swim swimmers! These sessions are designed to strengthen skills, improve technique, and rebuild confidence in the water.

✨ Session Dates:
📅 August 12–14
⏰ 7:00 PM
🕐 1-hour lessons each day

These lessons will be taught by our two amazing instructors that Megan has personally trained and worked alongside all summer, with Megan still in the pool helping and coaching every session! So your swimmer will continue receiving the same encouragement and guidance they know and trust.

⚠️ These spots are very limited and always fill quickly!

✨ Way to go, Victoria! ✨
We are SO proud of this sweet swimmer! 💙

When Victoria first started lessons with us, she was nervous and wasn't sure she'd ever be able to swim in the deep end, let alone jump into it! We focused on building her confidence one skill at a time by practicing proper swim form, learning breath control, and trusting the process.

Today, on her very last lesson, she did something incredible, she trusted herself. 🙌 She jumped off the diving rock into the deep end and swam all the way across the pool using the beautiful technique she worked so hard to master. Watching that confidence shine through is exactly why we love what we do!

A huge shoutout to our favorite Splash Swim Goggles! 🥽 They helped give Victoria the confidence to comfortably put her face in the water, allowing her to focus on her skills instead of her fears. We absolutely love seeing our swimmers gain confidence while learning safe, proper swimming techniques.

Victoria, your hard work, determination, and courage have been amazing to watch. We couldn't be prouder of you! Keep trusting yourself, you can do hard things! 🏊🏽‍♀️

🧢✨ Do our Vree & Co Swim hats have magical powers? Brex sure thinks so! ✨🧢

When it was time to put his face in the water, our brave little swimmer Brex told us that wearing his Vree & Co Swim hat gave him the courage to do it. We don't know if it's really magic, but we do know confidence can make all the difference!

Just look at him go! Those big bubbles, strong kicks, and reaching arms are proof that he's working hard and building the skills to become a safe, confident swimmer. Every small step adds up to BIG accomplishments!

Way to be brave, Brex! We are so proud of you, and we think that hat might just have a little extra magic after all. 🩵🏊🏽

☀️Heat Safety Reminder for Today's Swim Lessons

If you have swim lessons with us today, please come prepared! 🏊💙

The heat index is expected to reach 115°, so it's going to be an extremely hot day. While our swimmers will be in the water, it's still very important that they stay hydrated before, during, and after their lesson.

💧 Please bring:
• Plenty of cold water
• Electrolytes (if your child enjoys them)
• A towel and anything else they'll need to stay cool

We want all of our swimmers to have fun while staying safe in this East Texas heat! Thank you for helping us keep everyone healthy and hydrated.

We can't wait to see everyone in the pool today!

It's Never Too Late to Learn to Swim! 💙

Did you know that some of our very favorite lessons are with our adult swimmers? Whether you've never learned, had a scary experience in the water, or just want to feel more confident, we're here to help every step of the way.

Learning to swim as an adult has so many benefits:
💦 Increases water safety for you and your family.
💦 Builds confidence and helps overcome fear.
💦 Opens the door to enjoying pools, lakes, beaches, and vacations.
💦 Provides a great low-impact workout that's easy on your joints.
💦 Gives you the skills to better protect yourself and others in and around the water.

One of the best parts? Watching parents show their littles that being brave doesn't mean you're not scared, it means you're willing to try anyway. ❤️ Your children are always watching, and seeing you work through your fears teaches them that growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones.

And let's not forget one of our favorite lesson accessories, our Splash Swim Goggles! 🥽 They aren't just for kids! They fit our adult swimmers too and are a great tool for helping work through the fear of putting your face under the water. Having a comfortable, leak-free pair of goggles can make all the difference as you build your confidence in the water.

No matter your age, it's never too late to learn a skill that could one day save your life. We promise to meet you where you are, cheer you on, and celebrate every victory along the way.
