Friendly reminder from Vree & Co Swim 💙

Please, please, please do NOT purchase goggles with glass lenses. We are seeing this happen more often, especially when goggles are left in the sun and then used in the water. The heat can weaken the lenses, causing them to shatter and create a serious safety risk for children.

For your swimmer’s safety, always choose goggles made with shatter-resistant plastic lenses and check them regularly for damage!

We absolutely love Splash Swim Goggles! They are safe, comfortable, and a great option for our swimmers of all ages!

We listened to the needs of our swimmers and families over the years and created this pool with YOU in mind. Every detail was designed to make lessons, progress, and fun even better for our Vree & Co Swim family.

July is filling up fast and we only have 1 spot left for swim lessons! If you’ve been thinking about getting your swimmer in the water, now is the time to grab one of the last openings. 🏊‍♀️

Even though school starts back in August, we’ve got you covered! We will be offering evening lesson times in August and September, so your swimmer can keep learning and building confidence even with a busy school schedule.

🌟 Spotlight Sunday 🌟

Today we’re shining the spotlight on some of our amazing swimmers from last season! 🏊‍♀️

Watching these swimmers grow in their confidence, skills, and love for the water is one of the greatest parts of what we do. From first kicks to strong strokes, every step of their progress makes us so proud.

We feel incredibly privileged to work with such wonderful swimmers and families each season. Seeing their hard work pay off and their smiles in the water reminds us why we love teaching swim lessons!

Even more reasons we love swimming! 🏊‍♀️💙 It’s not just fun in the water—it’s amazing for the body and the brain, especially for our water babies. Swimming helps build strength, coordination, confidence, and focus while keeping kids active and learning new skills.

Early signups have started for our summer swim lessons!

Introducing toddlers to swimming at an early age is life saving. Studies suggest children who start before age 4 are up to 88% less likely to experience drowning incidents later in life. Safety is just one of many benefits.

Swimming also offers remarkable cognitive advantages. Unlike most play activities, water movement activates both hemispheres of the brain simultaneously. This bilateral stimulation supports coordination, balance, and early neural wiring for complex motor skills.

We’re bringing back last year’s special — $100 per swimmer for private lessons! Lessons will be for 4x45 minute sessions.

Once payment is received, we will reach out to schedule your swimmer’s dates and times to begin lessons in May.
