Before dawn on June 6, 1944, thousands of young men crossed the English Channel knowing many would never return home. They landed on the beaches of Normandy facing impossible odds, carrying the weight of freedom on their shoulders.

D-Day was more than a military operation.
It was bravery in its purest form.
Ordinary people willing to sacrifice everything for something greater than themselves.

Today, we pause to remember those who fought, those who fell, and those who carried the scars of that day for the rest of their lives.

Because of their courage, generations have lived in freedom.
Because of their sacrifice, history changed course.

May we never become too busy, too distracted, or too far removed to remember what was given on our behalf.

Spiced ground beef, roasted cauliflower, and sharp cheddar baked into one cheesy, comforting casserole with just the right jalapeño kick.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
• 1 small head cauliflower, florets (~4 cups)
• 1 small onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1–2 jalapeños, sliced
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt & pepper
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 1 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

How to make it:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread cauliflower on a baking sheet, season lightly, and roast 20–25 min until golden and tender.
2️⃣ In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion 3–4 min. Add garlic and jalapeños; cook 1 more minute.
3️⃣ Add ground beef, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and crumbly.
4️⃣ Stir in heavy cream and half the cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
5️⃣ Combine roasted cauliflower with the beef mixture in a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar.
6️⃣ Bake 10–12 min until bubbly. Broil 1–2 min for extra browning if desired.
7️⃣ Finish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

Laughing, cheering, racing, lifting, learning, and having an absolute blast! 💪🎉

Our CrossFit Kids kicked off today, and these athletes showed us exactly what happens when fitness and fun come together. The smiles were huge, the effort was incredible, and the confidence being built is priceless.

This is more than exercise. It’s kids getting stronger, making friends, learning new skills, and discovering what they’re capable of.
