🔥MOST MUSCLE GAINED🔥

Chris is one of those people who has always been active but hasn’t quite been able to reach the level of fitness that he wanted. He had been putting the pieces together with nutrition and working out on his own before joining Train Together. Since he started he has been focused on implementing all of the exercise philosophies we teach with great success. Learning to slow down, focus on the muscles being worked and lifting with intent has made all the difference. Chris was able to add 3.3 lbs of muscle while keeping his body fat down. A truly impressive feat. Congratulations Chris.
