HAPPY 36th BIRTHDAY TO OUR COACH, ROBERTO RIOS! ❤️⚽
For 12 years, he has given so much of himself to a sport that has always been a part of who he is. But what makes him special isn’t just his love for soccer. It’s his heart.
He is one of the most selfless people I know. Someone who constantly puts the needs of others before his own, who gives without expecting anything in return, and who pours his heart into everything he does.
Some of these boys have been by his side for over 12 years, while others have only known him for two. But one thing has never changed: the love, dedication, and belief he has in every single one of them. ❤️
Soccer has given him so much throughout his life, and being healthy, able, and blessed enough to share that passion with the next generation is something he will never take for granted.
But beyond the sidelines, beyond the practices, the games, the wins, and the losses, there is a man who is so much more than a coach.
An incredible father. An amazing husband. A loyal friend. And a man with a heart bigger than he will ever know.
I’ve watched him give his time, his energy, and pieces of his heart to so many people over the years. And today, I hope he realizes just how much he means to all of us.
Because at the end of the day, the greatest thing he has ever given these boys isn’t just his knowledge of soccer. It’s the example of the kind of man they can grow up to become.
