Thank you everyone for baring with me for the Bootcamp day switch this week. Our house got hit hard with health related things the past two weeks. Myself and daughter are doing better but my husband is still under it. All the healthy loving vibes and welcomed and any low or harmful vibes are blocked and negated. For those who love and support- may you be blessed! For any who do not, that’s ok. And, for those who wish harm, may your eyes be opened - I don’t return it, I believe it to fall dead at our door and, instead, I return hope. Those who wish harm are often the most hopeless. While I don’t want that near me, I also don’t match the energy- I set the tone, and the tone is hope. 🫶

These pants are so fun! So are my group classes. I have some more professional content, but I feel that this video really gives a great introduction to the energy I bring to class. If it’s something you vibe with you should probably come and check it out. It’s a lot of fun. Shoot me a message or just drop by tonight‘s Boot Camp, tomorrow is Pilates, Thursday and Friday circuit training Saturday is Pilates. I have something for everyone on my schedule and I also do personal sessions.
