I never post!
However wanted to start holding myself accountable!
Todays lunch time workout:
10L/R back lunge to knee drive DB
10 seated good mornings BB
10 goblet squats DB
10LR step ups
10 box jumps
1 minute rest
Repeat for a total of 3 sets.
Took about 21 minutes!
DB = dumbbells
BB = barbell
Strong not skinny 💪🏼
