Today we removed the last mat out of the building and officially said goodbye to 🩷🥹

Gymdaze was a little dream come true of mine that started from the ground up coming up on almost four years ago now. The studio was just the walls, but this community is forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me create the space and sharing your babies with me. Truly a dream come true. There will never be enough words to express my love and gratitude for everyone who stepped through those doors and took me to levels I quite literally couldn’t keep up with (hehe) I love love love you GDS fam!!! 🫶💛🌤️

Don’t worry- we’re still coaching! Just on a smaller scale in a different space. 🌟

I’m so very grateful for my friend for jumping on this crazy ride with me a little over a year into this! What would I do without you!? So grateful tumble brought me you! 💗
