Hi all,
We were just informed we are NOT allowed to open the track to the public without us switching to amusement park zoning, installing a full parking lot with handicapped parking, over $40,000 in bushes/trees, a bathroom and more. Feel free to call your local councilman if you feel this is crazy. They said if they catch anyone using it they will consider me running a business and fine me every day even though it was built out of the kindness of my heart and had no motive behind this other than giving back to the community. This was supposed to be a free track for all to use, families to come out, used for fundraisers, parents to bring their children etc… To all my friends you are allowed to use it. I’m not sure how they plan on regulating that however after what Horry County has put me through over the last 4 and a half years I’m 100% sure they will be watching that property like a hawk. Message me with any questions and if you do want to use it we apparently need to be friends first 🤦‍♂️
