Our first summer on the beach is in the books!

From the bottom of our hearts THANK YOU!

Thank you to Longport for allowing us to practice every weekend on the beach. Thank you to for the beautiful roses all summer long. And especially thank you everyone who came out this summer and helped us live a dream.

While the beach yoga season has come to a close, Pose with A Rose is available for pop up classes, private events, and one on one instruction.

We can’t wait to see you on the sand in 2024!!
