Fall outdoor sessions will begin August 23rd after we've all taken a breath and kids are in school! 😁! You can venmo payment to #2309 for verification. Or check or cash.
I plan to switch up the workout a little bit 😉 bring 5 to 8 lb weights along with your b***y band and mat.
All the time I do is in the flyer as well as the session dates for the first 10 sessions. We can reevaluate more sessions depending on Colorado weather 😆🌧️☀️❄️🤨... You never know around here!

I've been busy upgrading your workout space! I want to give a shout out to Hehr Home Creations for the fantastic job they did on this project! This took 7 days!! 😲They are sooo fast! Amazing and professional, A+ for sure! Now for trim and door! But we are crusin! Holla at me if you want to come play! Get it right, get it tight 💪🙌!
