Difficulty happens.
It's part of life.
When those winds of change blow, how do you stay grounded, balanced, driven and focused?
In my personal experience and practice, staying committed to Self is the "rock" we often look outwardly for when difficult times blow into our lives.
This practice of committing, or re-committing to your highest self (your Self) can be done on the physical plane in many ways...
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Breathwork
- Rest
- Treating yourself
- Getting out in Nature
- Spending time on a hobby or passion of yours
- Etc..
.. The list goes on.
It's not about what you think you SHOULD be doing in these moments, as much as it's about finding what makes you feel revived enough to overcome the challenges ahead.
We all go through these difficult times, at different levels of intensity and different times... Sometimes they are even difficult in a positive way!
Staying grounded in true Self can help us all navigate those uncertain waters and can even determine the way we handle these life changes.
