We are an online run crew in Zwift, and also an in-person run crew based in Burnaby, BC, Canada.

Today Epic Run Crew had its first *public* Sunday long runs on . The early “Search for Yeti” run attracted 31 runners and the later one attracted 46 runners! Unfortunately, there were no reported Yeti sightings today. Maybe the Development Team could turn up the Yeti sighting probability setting on Sundays? One can hope. Maybe can convince them? 😂
Anyway, thank you to everyone who helped search for the Yeti today. Better luck next Sunday!!!

Yesterday our club held its first official *public* group runs on Zwift. Previously, all our runs were exclusively for club members. What a difference that change makes! We attracted 51 runners for the early run and 33 for the late run. Not bad for our first day of public runs on !!! We always knew there was demand for public group runs in those two time slots, and yesterday proved it! Thank you to and for helping get these runs created!!! For now, we have 12 public runs on the weekly schedule. We will monitor them for a few weeks and make adjustments if needed. Let us know if there is demand for other time slots. Please give the desired day and time in UTC time...

Welcome to new crew members Chapman and Seohoon who joined us for a briskly paced run on yesterday. Chapman hung with us for a bit, but then pressed the Turbo button. He can flat out fly!!! Good run!..

Today’s Epic Run Crew group run featured two new team members, Gwack and Melanie. We had fun talking about Saucony vs Hoka, and the current weather in Alaska vs Australia. Very cold vs very hot! Good times! And are those two ever fit! OMG!..
