Don’t just fall in love with the finishes… fall in love with the FLOOR PLAN. 👀

When touring new construction, pay attention to how the dining, kitchen, and living spaces connect.

✨ Is the flow right for how you actually live?
✨ Can you picture entertaining here?
✨ Does the layout give you enough flexibility as your needs change?

Because a beautiful model home can catch your eye—but the right floor plan is what makes a house feel like home.

Would you choose an open-concept layout like this? YES or NO? 👇

Incase this is appealing to any of my friends!!

We’re building something for Manatee County, and we need people willing to get their hands dirty.

ScreamWorks Florida is looking for 8+ scare actors, plus volunteers who want to help with building and set design for our October home haunt in Bella Lago.

If you’re 16 or older and want to scare people, build weird stuff, create environments, or just be part of bringing this thing to life, we want to hear from you.

Anyone under 18 must have parental consent.

October 30 and 31
6 PM to 10 PM
Bella Lago, High Rock Way, Parrish

So excited for my seller.
Under contract in 15 days
⬅️ Swipe Left ⬅️

At an average of 84 days on market, having a strong pricing strategy is essential. I worked closely with my seller to analyze a local market and develop a game plan that positioned the home to attract showings + which turned into offers.

Thinking about selling, but don't want to sit on the market for 84+ days? Let's create a personalized listing strategy designed to get results.
