Contact us to directly for yoga classes, and cycle will be at GT Bray Recreational Park in Bradenton.

We haven't posted since July 2019... We are well and Still Teaching Cycle and Yoga at Beach Fitness! Update for September 2020! Our prices are simplified and encompass those who wish a three month tour :-)

WOW! It has been a while since we last posted! Did you miss us?!

We had a great Winter at Beach Fitness! A whole lot of fun cycling and practicing yoga with great new friends!

Guess what? It is Turtle Season again! Crazy big numbers of nests being laid on LBK, and Jeff and I are hopping fast for LBKTW!

However, we still have several participants in our Cycle and Yoga classes at Beach Fitness! Drop in and have some exercise fun on the patio!

First paying class! Can you tell we are having serious fun? We said it was limited!

However, due to demand, we have added two more bikes!!!

Available on Longboat Key, at Whitney Beach Plaza, in Beach Fitness 24/7, with brilliant instructor, Jeffrey Driver... five (count them, five) INDOOR CYCLE bikes.
