This was the water on Sarasota Bay, off Tidy Island, today..und das ist Wyfold she was the skiff for today - after the 7 miler with the "obligatory" stop at MarVista. Once back home I had to rinse here off and quickly back to the shade. Also heute war es fuer einmal nicht's mit "RowBoadring".

New Orleans RowBoarding the Coreban Phoenix 14 Pure on the Industrial Canal ..Great experience - The Coreban Poenix is just super and ideal SUP for RowBoard - stable & swift to also "meet" commercial traffic on the canal and to float under the lowest bridge providing a clearance of just about 2' over water level..10 miles a wonderful pre Thanksgiving Dinner experience/exercise.

New Orleans - rowing the Industrial Canal from Lake Pontchartrain Landing's to the Looks to the Mississippi River, Launching and returning to the docks of Tulane University Rowing - with this scullers thanks to Tulane - ca 10 miles great rowing the RowBoard - Coreban Phoenix 14 Pure Great experience especially when the one Road/Train Bridge lifted-opened up for me only, the lonely RowBoard sculler only, thanks Bridge Capt' n.

Amr Temraz vistied us and test rowed the RowBoard in this case the Coreban Turbo 14 on Longboat Key.
Amr is a successful rower from Cairo, Egypt. He was in the Egyptian national team and competed at the 2000 Olympics in Sidney, Australia
More recent Amr resided in Norway where he actively trained a Norwegian rowing club, and trained the Norwegian Junior National Team. Moreover, he worked as a Physical fitness Lecturer at the Norwegian Police Academy in Oslo.

Now, Amr returned back to Cairo, Egypt to build his Import & MidEast Distribution Business for "all Things in Rowing & Paddle".
And of course we are happy - Amr will be promoting the idea of RowBoarding - The RUM Sliding Rigger on SUP's of all makes.
He will also work on the water - as head coach for the Arab Contractors Rowing Club, one of the biggest Rowing clubs in Egypt.

Additionally, Amr enrolled himself this year in Faculty of Physical Education, Helwan University in Egypt to earn his doctoral degree.
