Full Staff Orientation ✅
Today our Meadowbrook team came together for one final day of learning, team-building, laughter, and preparation as we get ready to welcome our campers and families.
We were especially thrilled to welcome Dr. Peggy DeLong, who shared an inspiring message about gratitude and the difference we can make when we lead with happiness. Her reminder that positivity, kindness, and enthusiasm can shape the experience of everyone around us was the perfect message as we prepare for summer.
With Meet & Greets coming up this week, our staff is feeling prepared, inspired, and excited. Summer 2026 is almost here!

📦🍦 FIRST ICE CREAM DELIVERY: OFFICIALLY APPROVED! 🍦📦

The first ice cream shipment of the summer has arrived at Meadowbrook…and as part of our extremely rigorous quality control process, Rich has volunteered to personally sample every box. 😆

We’re not sure if he’s checking for freshness, flavor, or just looking for an excuse to eat ice cream before camp starts, but so far the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Summer is getting closer, the freezers are filling up, and the smiles are on the way!

🚌☀️ We just completed our bus driver/bus counselor orientation.
At Meadowbrook Day Camp, the fun starts long before campers arrive at camp… it starts right on your doorstep!

We remain proudly committed to our door-to-door bus transportation experience, making every morning easy, convenient, and exciting for families. From the moment your child steps onto the bus, they’re greeted by caring bus drivers and energetic bus counselors who help create a safe, welcoming, and fun-filled start to the day.

Our Meadowbrook Challenge Course team spent the day sharpening their skills, strengthening their teamwork, and preparing for an amazing summer ahead.

We’re especially proud that so many of our team members are returning once again…a true reflection of the strong bonds and culture we’ve built together. Their dedication helps ensure that every camper is safe, supported, encouraged, and empowered to reach new heights all summer long.

Last night’s orientation was fun-filled! We have an energetic staff ready to bring their A game to summer 2026. They welcomed new friendships, got to check out the whole camp with a scavenger hunt and played some games to put the T in teamwork!
