There doesn't seem to be enough interest in the chair yoga class on Tuesdays at 4:30 pm. Is the time the issue? Or would a different class at that time be better? I am open to suggestions

Bring a mat,blocks and strap if you have them bare feet or yoga socks with grip on the bottom are recommended.
