January Challenge: Long Form Cardio

How to Enter:
Complete all 8 Long Form Cardio tasks as described below prior to February 5th. Upon completion, email [email protected] with the subject “I completed the 2026 January Challenge”
How to Win: All those that complete the challenge will be entered into a raffle for each of the prizes above. One unique participant will be selected at random for each prize. Proof will be required at the time of claiming your prize.
Task: On your own time (class mileage does not count) complete:
Two: 5k Run/Walk Outdoors or on a Treadmill
Two: 5k Row Erg
Two: 5K Ski Erg
Two: 10k Assault Bike
Proof: Take a screen shot of the distance and time on each machine. If running or walking outdoors use a monitor or set a stop watch on your phone.
