This Friday marks an anniversary of one the saddest days we have ever felt as a country. The owners of Core 95 wanted to remember and honor all those men and women who went to work that beautiful September day and never returned home. So Sept 11th 2026, Core 95 will donate 💯 of our profits to Tunnel To Towers Foundation. We do this as our way to honor those who passed away too soon and too tragically, and to remind us of the men and women who came together to support each other and worked to lift each up through those difficult times. Please wear red, white and blue this Friday to show our unity as a tribe!

We are so excited to share the details of our next NASM-accredited Mat Group Fitness Training 🧘‍♀️🤍

Our certification program is designed to fully prepare you to become a confident, highly qualified group fitness instructor. Throughout your training, you will develop the skills, knowledge, and teaching presence needed to confidently lead group classes. This program additionally provides you with a 60-day membership to Core 95.
