Summer 2026 Schedule ☀️

We are excited to roll out our 2026 summer training schedule! We plan to offer a lot more into our training sessions with a few more additives to this year’s schedule!

Sessions that start NOW:
- College Training sessions have begun
- Dads club has begun and is FREE

More info of sessions:
- Mom’s club will be FREE just like the dad’s club, this is our initiative to promote families creating healthy habits from the parents to the athletes. It takes a village and needs everyone on board! This begins June 2nd!
- Speed and agility class will be strictly focused on the mechanics, fundamentals, top end speed, quickness, acceleration, agility, and more! It will be hosted by Coach Joe and will be counted as a regular training session through the membership and can count as a class credit. This begins May 30th! Mark your calendars!
- Adult training will be FREE and be a mixed style of training. We are creating this to make a space for adult athletes (recreational or just looking to switch up your training) to train like an athlete! Our heavy focus on this is community and designing this to replicate the way you trained back in high school or college athletics. Being a NARP can be fun!
- We still offer small semi-private sessions where you and a group of up to 6 friends split the price of $150 (this equals to $25/pp). You will be programmed individually and designed to match your goals as well as past injuries/limitations. This is for adults as well as young athletes!

🚨 SUMMER SPEED & AGILITY IS HERE 🚨

Starting May 30th, join us every Saturday at 12:30 PM all summer long for our Speed & Agility Sessions at Athlete Protocol.

Whether you’re looking to get faster, improve your change of direction, become more explosive, or simply stay sharp during the offseason, these sessions are built for athletes of all sports and skill levels.

✅ Open to athletes in High School and College (you do NOT need to be an Athlete Protocol member)
✅ Drop-ins welcome
✅ $35 per session
✅ Every Saturday all summer
✅ Limited to 16 athletes per session

To ensure quality coaching and attention for every athlete, spots must be reserved in advance. Once the session fills, registration closes.

Don’t wait until preseason starts to get faster. Put in the work now and show up ready when it matters.

Small example of team training at which includes:
- All Athletes following a similar program but individualized weight and emphasis on certain aspects pertaining to the individuals needs
- 3 Coaches walking the floor so we keep the athlete to coach ratio a maximum of 8 to 1 so every athlete gets the attention they need to be properly coached and encouraged
- The whole training floor is organized so each athlete has their own individual training space and no one is on top of each other
- The training program is set up so everything flows smoothly and every athlete knows where to go when and how to do the specific
- Standards are set so every athlete knows how to clean up after and where everything should go in the gym so the next athlete can find what they need easily.
- But there is always still time to have fun , cheer your teammates on and laugh !!!
