Summer 2026 Schedule ☀️
We are excited to roll out our 2026 summer training schedule! We plan to offer a lot more into our training sessions with a few more additives to this year’s schedule!
Sessions that start NOW:
- College Training sessions have begun
- Dads club has begun and is FREE
More info of sessions:
- Mom’s club will be FREE just like the dad’s club, this is our initiative to promote families creating healthy habits from the parents to the athletes. It takes a village and needs everyone on board! This begins June 2nd!
- Speed and agility class will be strictly focused on the mechanics, fundamentals, top end speed, quickness, acceleration, agility, and more! It will be hosted by Coach Joe and will be counted as a regular training session through the membership and can count as a class credit. This begins May 30th! Mark your calendars!
- Adult training will be FREE and be a mixed style of training. We are creating this to make a space for adult athletes (recreational or just looking to switch up your training) to train like an athlete! Our heavy focus on this is community and designing this to replicate the way you trained back in high school or college athletics. Being a NARP can be fun!
- We still offer small semi-private sessions where you and a group of up to 6 friends split the price of $150 (this equals to $25/pp). You will be programmed individually and designed to match your goals as well as past injuries/limitations. This is for adults as well as young athletes!
