To make it even more fun, Handel’s is adding a sweet little incentive: any player who comes in wearing their team baseball hat will receive a FREE cone card for their next visit. 🍦⚾️

We’re hoping this helps spread the word, build excitement, and give everyone an extra reason to participate and represent their team with pride.

Long Beach Little league is excited to offer a live streaming video service, available FREE to league families via mobile phone or desktop. Our live streaming system is set up for player families and friends to watch games remotely, if they can’t attend in person.

If you’ve been in the league before then you know how great GoDog is - and recently, they upgraded their system to make it even better. Take a look at the new features and how to register below...

It’s Officially Hit-A-Thon Season!

We have high hopes that this year will be our most successful fundraising year yet. For those of you who are new to the league, the Hit-A-Thon is our LBLL fundraiser where we work hard to raise money for the league. The event date is the morning of opening day, February 21st. Each child gets a chance to compete for the farthest hit ball and to see who can run the fastest around the bases for each division.

The league runs off of fundraising and volunteering and now, more than ever, we are in need of funds. We want to raise enough money to complete field improvements, finish our batting cages, and buy new and much needed equipment for our league. We can’t do this without your support. We ask that you signup with Pledgestar and send a sponsor letter to a minimum of 10 people.

Last year we were able to raise $71,000. We know we can do even better this year with your help. Check out our incentives and prizes and tell your little slugger to be ready for some fun! The website is http://pledgestar.com/lbll.

Please remember, for raising just $35, your child will receive an LBLL Hit-A-Thon bag, t-shirt, LBLL bounce ball, and first aid kit. We also have our 2 hour baseball clinic at D’Arnaud for the Majors, Minor A, and Minor B teams that raise the most money.

Team Parent Meeting – Required Attendance

This year’s Team Parent Meeting will be held on Saturday, February 1st at Long Beach Yacht Club from 9:00am–12:00pm.

Please share this information with your team parent(s) as soon as possible.
👉 Attendance is required.
👉 If a team parent is unable to attend, the team manager must attend in their place.

A reminder to all Managers and Assistant Coaches to join us for our upcoming Coaches Clinic:

Hosted by Coach Walt Cortez and Steve Tedesco, with special presentations from LBLL’s Chief Umpire and Head Scorekeeper.

Topics will include:
• Developing pitchers during practice
• Building positive team cultures
• LBLL coaching do’s & don’ts

☕️ Coffee and donuts provided (because coaching runs on caffeine).

We encourage all Managers and Assistant Coaches to attend — this will be a great opportunity to learn, connect, and set the tone for a strong season ahead!
