It’s so great to watch you all balance family and fitness—as you know, your health is the biggest gift you give them! Thank you for being a part of our and for leading by example. With the Tournament here, come down to the gym and watch your bracket favorites with us! Had a good bunch today for the Duke/Siena game—lots of basketball talk and colorful commentary…also stayed on the treadmill twice as long as anticipated with an easier increase of heart rate!
If you’re gonna be watching, might as well get some work done while you’re at it! 💪🏽🏀

Shout out to all of our youth sports dads. You’ve got jobs, kids and lots on your plate and y’all still make the time to work out and volunteer for your kids’ teams. We love the energy & conversation you bring to the gym, but most importantly, the example you set for the kids (and parents) who are watching you take care of yourselves! Keep up the great work.
