Discovery Underwater Paul Owens/ Owner I offer Private Scuba Instruction from NAUI Scuba Diver to NAUI Dive Master. I also offer a wide range of Specialty Courses! for over 11 years.

I have been diving for 39 years. I was a volunteer diver at The Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA. I am also a volunteer crew member for the USC Hyperbaric Chamber on Catalina Island.
