Kids age group 7-12 is at 4pm-5pm Monday - Friday. Summer hours are the same hours year round. I have a few spots left for the 4pm class. Yes, they spar.

Few people know how empowering it is to put on a pair of gloves everyday and get their workout in. It’s more than just jumping on the treadmill or mindlessly lifting some weights. Come learn how to hit the bag, hold mitts, sparr, and be part of the sport. First class is free.
