here’s my favorite *lower* calorie drink from starbs!

I use the app to pre-order my drink. I do:
grande shaken espresso with almond milk, no classic syrup, 3 pumps SF vanilla, 1 pump pumpkin, and vanilla cold foam!

if you like yours less sweet, do less SF vanilla. or no cold foam. the classic syrup adds an unnecessary extra 100 cals, so be sure to take those off. This drink comes to about 120-140 cals
a pumpkin cream cold brew has 250 cals
a pumpkin spice latte has 370 cals 🤯
swapping to SF syrup will save you quite a few cals + adding a pump of your fav syrup = delish and way less calories ! 🎃🍂🍃

Ashley and Nina finished out there mid day workouts and needed something to eat between work

They went and grabbed the very easy and microwaveable Hummus Fit meals in the fridge at the front of the gym

They’re all set for the day

Andrew stopped by the gym before his workout to make sure he was ready for lunch and dinner

All three of them have their meals covered

Failure to plan is planning to fail

But don’t worry, if you don’t wanna do it yourself, we got you covered!

Plan to get a bite from our fridge, just like Ashley, Nina and Andrew did

It’s easy and delicious 😋

Is your lack of motivation destroying your body and your life?

One of the most common struggles we hear is not having the energy or motivation to stick to a plan long-term.

If that sounds like you then try this…

First, choose a specific and measurable goal. The more specific, the better. It’s important to know exactly what you’re shooting for if you’re trying to get motivated.

Next, and most importantly, you need to have a very strong reason why. All of the emotional juice that fuels motivation comes from the reason why you want the thing in the first place.

The example of a bride wanting to fit into her wedding dress demonstrates this perfectly.

We can get very motivated when we have a very strong reason why.

The next step is to come up with a plan and take action! Once you have some motivation, don’t sit around and wait for it to fade. Get moving ASAP. An object in motion stays in motion.

Last, find some accountability. We all do better when we know someone else is watching.

Nina is such a great example of what happens when you show up consistently with a great attitude, work hard and stick to the plan!

As anyone who has achieved a transformation like this can tell you, it isn’t always easy to keep going.

You have to do things at times that you don’t feel like doing. You have to work hard at times when you’d rather rest. You have to eat well when you’d rather indulge. And you need to change in ways that are not always intuitive or comfortable.

Nina did these things, and continues to do them, with a smile and wonderful energy.

It’s been amazing to watch and really cool to have played a part in the journey.

Congrats !!! You look great and you’re strong af!!

We are particularly proud of this one ☝️

Since the 70lb, awkwardly shaped safety bar came into their programs, the LBSC Ladies were not too happy about figuring out the mechanics of getting the bar up on the rack

Coach Joe decided to make it a goal of his to get every LBSC lady to use their newly found strength and safely take the safety bar out by themselves and place it on the rack within a couple of weeks of their new programs

So far, he has succeeded with a few 😂

Today, Sophia made the effort to get the safety bar and represented her community of strong women. She made Coach Joe happy 😁

When Sam shared this picture with us we were BLOWN AWAY!!!

We knew she had made a ton of progress, but when we see people on a very regular basis it can be difficult to notice the magnitude of change since transformations like this tend to occur gradually over a period of time.

Sam would be the first to tell you that this did not happen quickly and it wasn’t easy. But with a solid plan, the right amount of support, a great work ethic and consistency, Sam was able to achieve a truly amazing result.

And Sam is just one of the ladies here at LBSC who have learned how to train and eat in a way that is sustainable, balanced, and transformative.
