Dynamic Fitness was created by, personal trainer and fitness instructor, Dianna Falzarano. She currently teaches at Pure Barre Manhasset, Core + Co Lagree Fitness, and has her own personal training business, Dynamic Fitness. Dianna has been an athlete all of her life and before pursuing a career in fitness, she worked in the NYC corporate world for 3 years. After having a feeling that this wasn’t

a lifelong plan for her, she immediately decided it was time to make a change. Dianna truly believes teaching fitness, training clients, and coaching others to lead a healthy lifestyle is a calling of hers. She’s here to teach you how to move better, smarter, and feel stronger while doing it.

Steffy is truly a ray of consistent sunshine in the studio! No matter what class she’s taking, she always brings such a positive vibe and great energy with her. Whether it’s Bounce, Mat, or Reformer, you can always count on Steffy to work hard and brighten the room around her. ✨

Her dedication, consistency, and uplifting attitude make every class even better, and we love seeing her continue to challenge herself week after week. Our Sculpt team is growing! Welcome to the team, Sam ✨

Sam is a certified Pilates instructor and personal trainer. As a marathoner and former competitive dancer, Sam is always looking for new ways to stay active. She loves sharing her passion for movement with others, hoping you leave her class feeling strong, confident, and empowered!

Sam will be taking over Saturday Sculpt at 8:15AM for July and August. We’re so excited to have her on the team! 🤍

Take any 5:30 class on Wednesday June 24 in either the mat or reformer room, then join us for a sunset walk on the boardwalk after. We missed this and we know you did too!!

Welcome to the 100 Class Club Kelly ✨

Kelly is the definition of consistency! Bright and early, she always shows up for those morning classes and gets it done. Her dedication is seriously so inspiring, and she proves every day that if she wanted to, she would.

Even at 5:00 AM, Kelly always brings such a great vibe and positive energy into the studio. We love seeing her commitment to herself and her workouts, and it’s been amazing watching her stay so consistent on her journey to 100 classes.
