Dynamic Fitness was created by, personal trainer and fitness instructor, Dianna Falzarano. She currently teaches at Pure Barre Manhasset, Core + Co Lagree Fitness, and has her own personal training business, Dynamic Fitness. Dianna has been an athlete all of her life and before pursuing a career in fitness, she worked in the NYC corporate world for 3 years. After having a feeling that this wasn’t

a lifelong plan for her, she immediately decided it was time to make a change. Dianna truly believes teaching fitness, training clients, and coaching others to lead a healthy lifestyle is a calling of hers. She’s here to teach you how to move better, smarter, and feel stronger while doing it.

Welcome to the 100 Class Club! 💯

Deidre is truly such a bundle of joy! She always walks into the studio with the biggest smile and brings the best energy into every single class she takes. No matter the workout, Deidre shows up ready to move, work hard, and brighten the room.

Her positivity and dedication have been so amazing to watch, and we love seeing her jump into all different types of classes. Deidre’s fun energy and great attitude make the studio feel even more welcoming, and we’re so grateful to have her as part of the Dynamic community. Congrats on 100 classes, Deidre, keep it up! 💪

Happy June! Some schedule updates & fun happenings this month at Dynamic Studio

🩵 Sundays at Dynamic Studio are changing. 3 chances to take Power with ! A challenging strength based class with heavier weights in the mat room.
🩵 Beach Pilates is back! Saturdays at 8AM on Lindell Blvd beach. Bring a towel and water! Sign up online, $22 drop in.
🩵 Beach Yoga with Thursdays at 6:30PM on Lindell Blvd beach. Come flow with us for a restorative, calming practice. Sign up online, $22 drop in.
🩵 Dynamic Studio x is back! Take Pilates Strength with Kelsey and then join us at Beginning's in Atlantic Beach for a complimentary cocktail and $10 apps! Friday June 12 at 5:30PM.
🩵 Dynamic Studio x ! Take Beach Pilates and then hang with us after class at Driftwood on the boardwalk for coffee, yapping, and good vibes. Saturday June 20 at 8AM.
🩵 Sunset Steps. Everyone who asked for walks to come back... this is it! We missed it too. Take any 5:30 class in the studio on Wednesday June 24 and then join us for a sunset walk after on the boardwalk!

Welcome to the 100 Class Club Emily & Andrea! 💯

Emily and Andrea are our amazing sister-in-law duo, and they prove that working out really is more fun with a buddy! It’s been so fun watching them stay within one class of each other all the way to 100, showing up side by side and keeping each other motivated every step of the way. ✨

They are both such a joy to have in the studio and bring such great energy every time they walk through the doors. Their dedication and consistency have been incredible to watch, and we love seeing them challenge themselves together in class. We’re so proud of this milestone and so grateful to have Emily and Andrea as part of the Dynamic community. Congrats on 100 classes, you two! 💪
