Nobodyโ€™s perfect.
We canโ€™t ask ourselves to be. All we can ask is that we are true to ourselves and give our maximum effort everyday. We are not robots so some days we just go through the motions, as long as you put your best foot forward everyday youโ€™re on the right path. You have to give whatever you have left in the tank! Everyone gets tired and anyone can make an excuse but itโ€™s up to you to tough it out and find a way. Only you can control your effort level. How disciplined are you? What are your goals and how do you plan on achieving them?

The only limits we have are the ones we put on ourselves.
Finished off the workout trying to find my max on the deadlift I think this was it 465 for 1

Yes they are the same picture
The only thing that changes is the fact that the weights got heavier.

If you find yourself saying things like โ€œitโ€™s easier if I do it this wayโ€ then youโ€™re probably doing something wrong. Thereโ€™s a bunch of things you can switch up in a workout to make it more challenging. Always put new stress on your body. It should never get easier you should just get stronger๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ
