October starts the beginning of Fall 🍂 which is hands-down the start to my favorite time of the year. Temperatures start to drop, there's 🎃pumpkin-flavored everything (I’m not a big fan 🥴), football season and it's about raising awareness and showing support for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🌸🎗️
And what better way to do it than through SQUATober - a month dedicated to a great cause 🩷 and getting those GAINZ, increasing lower body strength and falling back into a fitness routine as we head into the holiday season.
