The High Performance Institute of Taekwondo Located in Southern Oklahoma & North Texas, We Offer High Performance Training in the Korean Martial Art and Olympic Sport of Taekwondo. Master Jean C.

We offer serious martial arts and Olympic-style training in the discipline of Taekwondo. Gamarra has over 30 years of experience in Taekwondo and has participated and won in many international tournaments. He continued to be ranked in the top 20 in the male fin weight cate

gory two years after his retirement from international competition. You can find Instructor Jean listed in the World Taekwondo Federation hall of fame. Our facilities house multiple martial arts disciplines - The Japanese call this a Budokan (http://1224californiahouse.wordpress.com/), in Korean we call this a Moo Do Kwan (martial arts school). Each discipline or martial arts club is independent from each other. Feel free to contact the respective club you are interested in training with to see if they have open enrollment & class/space availability. Consultations with The High Performance Institute of Taekwondo are by appointment only. Training schedules are only available to members and registered students. 🐯Congratulatiions to Beckham and Luca who earned their Pee-Wee stripes this week.

Beckham earned his red stripe, and Luca earned his yellow stripe.🧒🔴👶🟡

🤩Allison (red belt) has been a regular Pee-Wee class assistant, guiding and helping the little preschoolers each week.

👊Ambrose (a Pee-Wee graduate) has also been showing his little brother, Luca, how to kick and punch.

🥋We love it when the big kids show up to help the little kids!

🚨 SAVE THE DATE: Monday (9/21) at 6 PM is the next Black Belt Class for current black belts, and red belts ascending to black belt.

🥋This class meets on the 3rd Monday of every month unless otherwise announced.

❎ There are NO other Monday classes on 9/21.

👊 Our Poomsae and Olympic Sparring classes will continue to be offered on Wednesdays at 5 PM & 6 PM respectively.

Our Pee-Wees earn their stripes next week, but we will have another 4 week session in October.
