Good afternoon everybody just wanted to let you know for the upcoming school year. Flood Brook will be able to get students from school on Mondays and Wednesdays to the dojo for martial arts class. If this is something that you would like to take advantage of please let me know, as well as the school that your student will be riding the bus on those class days.

Hey guys.... so we have Fred driving the tractor trailer and 48' flatbed for the parade... I'm going to put heavy bags on the trailer for the kids to kick and stuff... please come and enjoy the parade with us.

This is a shout out to our fellow Martial Arts Competitors and Families, we need your help! We are looking to add some new items to our traditional t-shirt table at the Vermont Classic (hats? long sleeve? beverage tumblers?) we want to hear your ideas.
