Join Trainer Kristen for our Friday Remix class, June 5th. You will experience some old moves with a mix of new moves picked by Kristen.
This Friday, Remix with Instructor Kristen features favorite moves with a twist, plus new ones—including standing work off the machine while still incorporating it, with no direct knee work. This beginner-friendly full-body Reformer and Tower fusion class can be as challenging as you choose. Using the wooden bar and push-through bar, you’ll build strength, mobility, balance, coordination, and core control through flowing sequences, upper and lower body work, spinal articulation, oblique training, and controlled movement, with modifications throughout.
