Thank you to everyone who participated or supported the tournament this year. Both the adult and youth division had a very strong field of teams!

Hello everyone,

Thank you for participating in this year's event!

Check-In:
Teams are encouraged to check in 20 minutes before their first game to fill out a team waiver page.

Fields & Pools:
Each pool is assigned to a specific field and ALL games in that pool will stay on that same field:
• Orange Pool - Field 1 (Left Field) • Blue Pool - Field 2 (Center Field) • Red Pool - Field 3 (Right Field) • Green Pool - Field 4 (Outside Field)
You will not move fields during pool play.

Format:
Each team gets 3 pool play games and ALL 16 teams make the double elimination tournament. Home/away for pool play will be decided by coin toss. Bracket play will be determined by higher seed is always home until the World Series. The World Series will be home, home, coin toss to the King Seat winner.

NEW THIS YEAR - World Series:
The World Series (Championship) will be a Best of 3 series. It is its own separate series - it is NOT double elimination. First to 2 wins is Champion.

Schedule:
First games start at 10:00 AM sharp. Games will run back-to-back until all pool play games are completed.

We will be playing rain or shine unless there is lightning.

There will be a 30-minute break between pool play and bracket play.

Scorecards:
There is a binder with scorecards at each field. The WINNING TEAM is responsible for taking the scorecard to the concession stand after each game.

Reminder - Hit Your Own Balls:
This is a hit-your-own-ball event. Each team will be given a bag of balls at the beginning of the tournament. It is your responsibility to keep track of and take care of those balls throughout the tournament. At any time you are welcome to throw in another official wiffle ball.

Rules:
The rules will remain the same. Each team will receive a packet with the rules and they will also be up at the tournament headquarters. Please ask Justin if you have any questions about them.

Concession:
The middle school concession stand is being run by the middle school assistant softball coach. Please help support them throughout the day.

Park & Facility:
The park has requested everyone stay off Field 1 please. There are many trash cans placed throughout the park. Please help pick up trash and keep the facility clean.

Thank you everyone for your cooperation. I am a player just like you guys trying to enjoy this long-time event. Please be patient with any changes or schedule updates. We will work through everything to make it great for everyone.

Youth Divsion pool play times & fields.

💥Each team is provided 4 balls at check in. These are your responsibility to keep and use thruout the tournament. Any 'official' ball of your own is allowed to be used at any time.

Brief set of rules are included. Please feel free to ask any questions. Bracket play will begin at 1230pm.

Tournament update: Schedules will be out Wednesday. 10am start for both adult and youth divsion.

Each team will receive 3 pool play games into double elimination bracket.

Unfortunately there was a tree that fell on field 1 during the storms last week. The park has ruled that field off limits. The adult division was capped at the first 16 paying teams due to field availability. Youth divsion will have 8 teams.

Adult: Saturday 22nd, 5 game guarantee, $100 entry. 24 team max (then waitlist in groups of 4) Finals under the lights!

Youth: Sunday August 23rd, 14 & under. 5 game guarantee, $40 entry. 16 team max. Finals on Tigers home field! Youth bracket play will be split into divisions, based on age or ability.

(NEW) Friday night homerun derby and All-Star game.

(NEW) Concessions on site.

No entry is complete without payment!
