Taking two weeks completely off can set you back heading into preseason. While rest is important, losing touch with the ball, fitness, and sharpness can make those first weeks back much harder.
Use the dead period wisely:

✅ Work on your technical skills
✅ Improve your fitness
✅ Keep your confidence high
Private training sessions are available throughout the dead period to help players stay sharp and arrive at preseason ready to compete.
Don’t spend the first week of preseason trying to catch up—show up ahead of the competition.
