Finding ways for all individuals to get stronger without injury can be challenging. We came up with this assisted row variation using an prowler and I dig it. The prowler is such a versatile training tool and finding new ways to use old equipment is always a good thing!

HUGE Shoutout to Lilly Lohrer for breaking not one, but two records in regional prelims!!!

Lilly broke the 100m hurdle record with a time of 14.72 besting the previous record of 14.80. She came back later to run 45.64 in the 300 hurdles to beat the previous record of 46.3! Both records were 29 years old, set in 1997 by Crystal Stroble.
