Ms Ashley had her surgery last week. They changed the location of the incision and didn't have to break through her clavicle! They successfully removed 95% of the tumor. She is at home now recovering and will start physical therapy after the holidays. Thank you so much for your prayers and well wishes!

Well friends, it's official. The gym has completely moved out.

A BIG thank you goes out to my parents who helped me tear everything apart, and then helped me move and store my equipment.

Thank you to Susan from Trics Gymnastics and Matt from Capitol City Gymnastics for lending their muscles, trucks and trailers.

A simple thank you to Kristin and Jen is never going to be enough. I've had several other amazing coaches -Megan, Brooke, Desiree, Cricket, Danielle, Ashley D, I know I'm forgetting some....- that have made my time here amazing.

And thank you to all of you for bringing your kids to my gym and letting us work with them. I hope to be back soon!

Don't forget to stop by tomorrow in between 6:30-8 pm to meet Integrity Athletics owner and 5-time National Champion, 3-time Olympian, Olympic Silver Medalist Blaine Wilson!

Blaine and his staff will be available for a meet and greet (photos with an Olympic gymnast anyone?!?!) and to answer any questions that you may have about their programs.
