Today we're celebrating one of our longtime London Martial Arts family members, Cosmo!

Cosmo has been with LMA for many years, and it's been an honor watching him grow both on and off the mats. He's known for rocking some of the coolest hairstyles around, but what really makes him stand out is his kind heart. He is one of the sweetest kids you'll ever meet, and also one of the toughest!

Cosmo, we're so proud of the hard work, dedication, and positivity you bring to the mat. We love having you as part of our LMA family and can't wait to see all the amazing things you'll continue to accomplish.

Congratulations to Josh Denham on an incredible victory last night, winning his Kickboxing match and bringing home the belt!

What a fight! The match went the full 5 rounds, with both fighters pushing themselves to the limit and leaving everything in the ring. By the final bell, both opponents were exhausted, but Josh's determination, heart, and preparation carried him to victory.

We couldn't be prouder of your hard work and dedication. Enjoy that championship belt, you earned every bit of it!

**Congratulations to all of our competitors!**

A huge congratulations to all of our participants who represented London Martial Arts at the IFK Kickboxing & MMA Tournament in Nashville, Tennessee! We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you for your hard work, dedication, and courage in the ring and cage.

We’d also like to give a special congratulations to our student who competed in the Good Fight Tournament, great job representing LMA!
