Cordero Jiu Jitsu Academy Instructor Appreciation Post. is so lucky to have Coach Dave Happy on our mat on a weekly basis. Coach Happy is a Pilar of our kids program. When Professor Cordero is teaching Coach Happy is there to back him up and make sure our kids are getting the best possible Jiu Jitsu experience. When Professor Cordero needs coverage, Coach Happy steps up to the plate every time to deliver a very meaningful lesson.
