The Hurlbert/Bergie Awards were given to Beckham Teeters and Falynn Nuenendorf this year!

These awards are given in honor of Mike Hurlbert, Mike was a young man from Leroy who loved sports and played baseball in Leroy and who's life was tragically short due to an unknown medical condition. This award is given to a player not based on talent or statistics. It is rather given to a player, who if they were not on the team, there would be a great sense of loss for not having their personality and sportsmanship, AND Father Berghammer, who was a priest in Leroy and a supporter of the Leroy Athletic Club. This award is given to a player who is always helping out, who shows great sportsmanship, and who always tries to encourage others

We want to send a big THANK you to the families, players, coaches, and volunteers! We can keep it running smoothly out here because of each and every one of you! We can't wait for next season!!

Upcoming:
-Leroy Halloween Party- October 30th at the St. Andrews Church Hall(more details to come!)
-Leroy's BIGGEST Fundraiser to keep registration low AND be able to upkeep jerseys and equipment is February 27th(MORE DETAILS TO COME for this) *Volunteers NEEDED! St. Andrews Church Hall as well!

Leroy Aball came home with the wins against Eden Black 13-1 and Leroy Pony walked it off against Laconia with the win 7-6!

We want to thank everyone for coming out to support the Leroy Aball & Pony teams last night! What a GREAT night for the Leroy Baseball! Big thanks to the volunteers for the field prep and the concession workers! It was a FULL house last night!

What a season for Leroy Baseball! Not only did our A-Ball and Pony teams make it to the championship games, but Leroy is hosting both games tonight in Leroy at 6:00! The A-Ball team is looking to win back-to-back championships! Come out and cheer them on.

As if that wasn't enough, we have even more exciting news to share...beginning in 2027, Leroy will be hosting a travel ball team at the B-Ball, A-Ball and Pony levels! This is a great way for kids to develop their skills even more by playing in weekend tournaments against some great competition. See below for more details.

Eligibility
These travel ball teams will be open to any players who will be registered with the Leroy rec program for the 2027 season. Players will be assigned to the team based on their ages as of May 1, 2027. Players who do not play for a Leroy rec team will not be eligible.

Below are the levels and ages for each team:
B-Ball (Ages 9-10)
A-Ball (Ages 11-12)
Pony (Ages 13-14)

The Mayville High School baseball team will be hosting a baseball camp June 22nd to June 24th at Fireman's Field in Mayville. ⚾️❤️

This is open to all kids ages 8-13. You can register through the TAG Center.

This is a great opportunity to work on your baseball skills and learn from Mayville coaches and players!
