SHOUT OUT POST!!
I haven't even known Joe for a year and it already feels like a lifetime. He started golfing around the same time as me too haha. Instantly my new person.
Joe does one thing very well thats tough to get down when doing your first structered program ever: train INTENSELY but smart, still listening to your body. He came in with back problems and said his back would throw out once a year at least. He hasnt had a single issue the last year.
Hes down about 20lbs but man those new muscles on him feel DENSE. Hes made of iron now, and his strength went through the roof. He not only looks great but FEELS great; a big wonderful biproduct of healthier habits that often gets overlooked.
Keep up the amazing work buddy! Proud of you man.
(He didnt do crash diets, starve himself or start taking tren. He simply had faith in the basics: had specific protein and overall macro numbers, wasnt afraid of fruits, threw in veggies when he could, still had cheat meals but never cheat DAYS to not go insane, started working out more, was way way more active outside because golf and even cut out alcohol to special occasions. Not to put his business out there but booze was cut way back. (No alchohol while golfing was a rule too). From there just patience. He's an IT dude, so we're still working on the better sleep part though π€£.)
