A note from our instructor Kendy Lopez: Last Friday, August 21, we held a belt promotion exam for many of our students; three years after opening our school, we continue to see the fruits of their hard work. We are immensely proud of the great achievements of all our students—including our first-Dan black belts (Juan, Roniel, and Keyla) and our second-Dan black belt (Karol)—and we commend their effort and dedication to continued progress. We thank instructor Jonas Abreu 6 Dan and his wife Kenia Veraz 2 Dan for conducting the exams. We also extend our deep gratitude to the Logansport YMCA for the support and facilities provided for the practice of taekwondo, a great art that fosters a strong mind, discipline, and perseverance.
