👀👀🫣TAKE A MINUTE ON THIS ONE 👇🏼👇🏼🤓🤓
Sometimes we get so focused on the next game, the next tournament, the next opportunity, that we forget what really matters. This past weekend in Logan, there were no college coaches watching, wasn’t a big-name tournament, no scholarships handed out, nothing that will show up on a highlight reel years from now. What we did get was time, Time spent laughing, competing, and making memories with good friends. The truth is, one day it will all be over. The practices, the games, the road trips, the team dinners, tournaments, and the moments that seem so ordinary right now. When that day comes, it won't be the rankings or the rings that you miss the most, it will be the people. Sometimes it is not always about you. It is about the friends beside you, the teammates who have been there through the highs and lows, the softball family who show up for you day after day. Take a moment to appreciate them, enjoy the journey and be present. Because these moments with good friends are the ones you'll carry with you long after the final out! ❤️

This place is absolutely amazing— Chief Logan Recreational Center — the pictures truly don’t do it justice! If you’re looking for a great spot to enjoy a weekend of softball, make sure this one is on your list. The staff was fantastic, the concession stand was wonderful, Zach and Chad did an awesome job keeping everything running smoothly. Thank you!!

🏆🥎 2026 Back to School Tinnel Strong Tournament Champions - 14U Division 🥎🏆
What an incredible weekend for the Tsunami Reign 14U! This team was put together at the last minute to support a great cause, and they showed nothing but heart, determination, and resilience from the first pitch to the last out.
After battling all weekend on the turf against some outstanding competition, the girls came out on top as 2026 Back to School Tinnel Strong Tournament Champions, defeating a very talented Lady Reapers 14U team in an exciting championship game.
We want to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped make the championship game such a great experience and a tremendous success. The atmosphere, support, and sportsmanship on display were truly special.
A special shoutout to the Lady Reapers organization. The Lady Reapers played three long, very tough games on Sunday alone, battling every inning as they moved from the No. 5 seed all the way to the championship game. Both teams competed hard, represented themselves with class, and showed what youth softball is all about. Not only are these young ladies from the Logan County area a great group of athletes, but the parents and families (from both teams) supporting them are second to none.
One of the most amazing parts of the weekend was having the opportunity to talk with coaches, parents, and even people who simply stopped by the field about Jennifer. Hearing story after story about how she impacted their lives was truly special. It was clear that coming together to support Jennifer’s family is nothing new for this community. Seeing everyone throughout the park—whether they were working, helping behind the scenes, cheering from the stands, or simply visiting with one another—was an incredible reminder of the love, support, and lasting impact Jennifer has had on so many people.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, and families who made this weekend unforgettable!

Our next thank you goes out to a first timer in the WV Adrenalin. Thank you for traveling to and spending your weekend with us at the Chief Logan Rec. You all played tremendous ball all weekend just coming up short in the last inning of of the semifinal round. We hope you will consider bringing this impressive team to Hurricane in October.

Talk about a full circle moment. Last fall the, then 12u, Lady Rebels played their first tournament in our inaugural Tinnel Strong Banana Ball tournament. You lended us grace as we mourned our dear friend and tried our best to lift her family. You were patient as we learned on the fly and you helped us pull off a tremendous weekend. We want to express our gratitude for your willingness to share your most recent 14u weekend with us and are hopeful that you will come hang out with us again in October!

We’ve had tremendous games with outstanding effort all weekend long and know we are in for a special championship.
