I've been on a hiatus, it's true. I haven't felt myself lately, I've had to start new meds because I'm having panic attacks at least once a day, and I guess I just burnt myself out by doing so much so fast. I'm going to jump back in, but do it differently. I'm going to continue researching different workouts to build new routines to try. However, I'm going to personally start doing 100 push-ups, sit-ups, and squats every day. Just those 3 things. Except I'm going to put a fighting twist to it. I'm going to do Knuckle push-ups or burpees, twisting sit-ups with a punch combo, and bulgarian split squats. So, technically I will be doing 200 squats because it will be 10 per leg. And I'll probably also do 3 rounds of 5 minutes of Shadowboxing and try for 2 miles of running at least every day. I'm going to go back to military phase and mma phase combined. That's all I can do for now anyways. And they say for every 3 push-ups you can do you should be able to do 1 pull-up. I have slacked majorly on pull-ups, so I want to get back into doing those too. So, since I can't do 10 yet, as that would equal out to 1 pull-up for every push-up I can do (technically, it would be 10 and 2/3 because I can do 32 push-ups to failure in one consistent, nonstop movement), I will do 10 sets of 3 to equal 30 total pull-ups. That's close to 1/3 of 100. I will probably break it up to 5 sets before I run and 5 sets after. That way my back and arms get to take a break during my run. I also invested in a set of bodyweight training gear. Not paralettes like I wanted, but it's probably better in a way. I can practice training my balance on these and maybe on some days change the knuckle push-ups to resisted push-ups. I can do rows, dips, and all kinds of stuff. Just waiting to try it out. Might do a vlog later too. See y'all there!

If y'all could have food delivered to you, what would you order? Not by restaurant name BTW, but actual food items.

Tired of being out of shape. I miss how good I felt in 2014!! I'm planning out my workouts now and will be weighing myself first thing in the morning and also doing my before pics. Then Monday I'll be starting with my push-up drill and walk/run for a bit I believe. Everything gets me out of breath and that's not how I wanna live my life. I created this fitness page with a purpose and I fell off the boat. Time to get back on the boat while I still can.

So uh... After however long it's been since I've been out of the game and my dad bod has taken over, I looked through all my posts on here and found my 21 Routine. I didn't even get through half of it on the beginner level 1 phase. So here's part of my new year's resolution. By the end of next year I want to be at least in the advanced level 1 stage of my 21 Routine. Hopefully I will be able to do this. Wish me luck warriors!
