It saddens us to learn that Coach Willie Akers has passed away

Coach Akers lead his Runnin’ Wildcats to four state championships in 1964, 1977, 1978, and 1983 compiling a 402-116 record. His impact and legacy has inspired generations of Wildcats both on and off the court and the foundations he laid for Logan basketball will be felt for generations to come

Earlier today our team volunteered with a local church for a food give away. What a blessing it was to serve others. Proud of our young ladies for giving up their morning and early afternoon to assist in this!

If you want to be playing in Charleston when it matters most, you have to be tested all season long—and that's exactly what the Lady Wildcats have signed up for.

🔥 Out of 22 regular season games:
• 6 games against AAA opponents
• 1 matchup with the defending 2025 AA State Champions
• 2 battles with the 2025 AA State Runner-Up
• 2 showdowns against a 2025 State Semifinalist
