Gloves, Guts, and Gains (3G's) is a great way to build strength, improve reflexes, and align your balance. We combine mitt work, bag work, and technical boxing drills with strength training for a great body shred. Our lead trainer is a trained Muay Thai martial artist, trained boxer, certified boxing coach, and certified personal trainer. She LOVES to make you show those gloves who's boss! Don't miss out!
