Some custom is more custom than other custom. I think this is my smallest holster, thus far. (Those are 1" marks on my cutting mat.)

As I approach the 10-year anniversary of Work-A-Day Custom Gunleather, it seems fitting to look back on my progress. By no means do I think think I've "got it" or that I've arrived, but it is encouraging to think back on the work done for more than 300 different customers.
In the pictures below, I have the very first attempt at a holster for my G***k 21. "Rough" doesn't begin to describe it. The most amazing part of this attempt is that I didn't have to cut the holster off the gun, and I did have to use the actual gun, since mold guns were out of my price range at that point. The second picture is a recent piece I made for a good friend, to hold his first duty weapon. I really enjoy those special orders, especially when they turn out so well.

I really like the "flame out" effect on newly oiled ostrich leg. It evens out as it dries, but it sure looks sharp!
