A tiny studio update 🤍
Effective Friday, April 3rd

We heard you loud and clear! We’re tightening up our late cancel policy a bit to help with waitlists and keep those peak class spots from going to waste!

Long Story Short:
• New cancel windows
• $12 late cancel fee
• Friday + Saturday classes = a little more protected
• Friday + Saturday cancelations within 2 hours: fee = same as a drop in

If something comes up or you’re not feeling well, just reach out.

If last-minute Friday + Saturday cancellations start becoming a pattern for individuals, their booking access for those classes may be limited for a bit — just to keep things fair for everyone trying to get in!

If you’re even toying with the idea of possibly being sick, keep your fine ass at home. If I go down, the whole gym closes… and nobody wants that. Text me if you need to be sick canceled and I’ll gladly early cancel you. Rest up, hydrate, and rejoin the Mafia when you’re 100% 🖤

Parents: I know parents are around sick kiddos all the time, but the rest of us aren’t… so if your kids are home sick, please sit out until you’re sure you’re in the clear too. It helps keep classes running for everyone. Love you all!!

Here’s how it works:
• For the children’s program: items must be new with tags (clothes, comfort items, toiletries, etc.).
• For the animal organizations: new & gently used items are totally welcome.
• For anything else donated: if it’s not new with tags, we’ll still make sure it goes somewhere helpful.

Every single thing you give directly supports local kids, families, and animals who need it most.

There’s a class missing on the schedule today to make time for something bigger. This day changed my life years ago, and every year from now on, we’re turning it into a reminder to love harder, hug longer, and give back.

We’re calling it The Sixth Movement — a donation-based 8 weeks at Pulse where we move with meaning and show up for our community the way my favorite person always showed up for me.

Every November 6th will start a donation drive lasting through the end of the year. We’ll pick a local cause, move together, and make it matter.

This year, our charities are kids and animals. We’ll be helping local families in need and collecting supplies for the Lodi & Stockton Animal Shelter. Bring toys, toiletries, or pet food to class and drop it in the donation box by the Heroboards 🖤
