Our Staff Team meeting is the kind of thing you don't usually see, but we think it matters! Every afternoon starts the same way here: our teachers and staff huddle up, run through the plan, and make sure everyone's on the same page before a single kiddo walks onto the Gym Floor. Assignments, safety checks, what each class needs to work on… nothing gets left to chance.
We're proud of that! A well-run class starts with a well-run team, and that's exactly what your family gets every time you walk through our doors in Lodi or Galt.
Heads up! If you haven't seen it in person yet, come book a trial class at Impact. It's easy to talk about how we run things… but it's better to come see it for yourself!
