Hello everyone!! Okay I'm Back... In Lodi !!!! Classes for Adults and Children now starting first week in April!!! Please give me a call at 209-608-1108 for information on days and times. I will have classes for Adults Zumba, a great workout for your whole body excercising which keeps us healthy and in tone, and Zumba Gold for those who wish to excersice at a little lighter pace but still working out with your whole body and burning calories. I also will have a Mother/young Daughter Zumba class. Come and have fun with a small group and get motivated and excercise. We will have fun while working out... !!!! Childrens classes: Zumbatomics a class which dances and moves and excercises at the same time.. Children will learn different routines and at the end of class parents will be able to see their accomplishments. We have fun and this helps children stay healthy and fit. Also Dance classes in Ballet, Pointe, and a Mommie and me Ballet class for 3 year olds, and a Hip-Hop class for Teenagers. Dont forget to call, come and join in the fun!!!! See you soon :-).......

Zumbatomic for Children, now being taught by me...Miss Mitzie at Hutchins Square in Lodi, CA on Monday and Tuesday afternoons...bring your Children to take class and let them get all that energy out while they dance and have fun!!
