Students/Parents/Fans,
We would like to welcome you to our new District website: https://www.lgschools.org/ The District will no longer post or update schools news/events/notices to social media platform. We strongly recommend that students/parents also discontinue the use of social media platforms to contact teachers/staff as well. The School District will no longer consider any social media platform as appropriate communication between students/parents/community. We will be posting news and updates to our new website starting immediately. The District encourages all parents/community members to use our new website to communicate with staff/teachers via teacher/staff email links and/or PowerSchool login portal. STUDENTS are highly recommended to communicate with teachers via Google accounts only.

***IMPORTANT***
All teachers/staff have been advised to refrain from communicating with students via all social media platforms in order to protect the privacy of your students. Please use your students Front office or LG Google Student Emails to reach teachers. Please talk with your students Principal if you may have any questions/concerns regarding Social Media communication.

Hello LG Students/Guardians,
The last day for curb side pickup for Wi-Fi devices will be tomorrow, Thursday 8th, between 8:30 am - 3:30 pm. High School Students can go to the North West side of the High School with Mr. Stevenson. Elementary School Students can go to the East Side of the Elementary School with Mr. Neal. Parent/Guardian must be present to sign device out. Each household must bring their checked-out Chromebook for setup; LG Chromebook required for Wifi device Setup. Please wear your mask and if you have any symptoms, please stay home and call the school to schedule device pickup. If you have picked up your WiFi device you can disregard this message.

Shodagii,

Keeping all of you staff member and students in my prayers.
This time is such an amazing experience. We don’t know which direction this is taking us, but definitely opening our eyes to see how powerless we are as people.
I really hope that you’re jotting down your notes, developing a timeline of events. This is history that someday you can share with your children and grandchildren for generations to come. As journalists this is how you record facts for your stories.
Days I share stories with my students has been missing. I enjoy sharing with each and everyone of my journalist and photographers.
Let’s keep strong in health and prayers. We are a resilient people and will continue to live on.
