Try these Protein Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries! They're packed with protein, naturally sweet, and perfect when you're craving a treat this weekend. 🍓💪
Ingredients:
✅ 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
✅ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✅ 12 large strawberries
✅ Graham cracker crumbs (optional)
Directions:
1️⃣ Wash strawberries and remove the centers (Cut the bottom slightly if you'd like them to stand up).
2️⃣ Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Fill strawberries with the mixture.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
5️⃣ Chill for 15–20 minutes and enjoy!
