🍓 Weekend Recipe Idea 🍓

Looking for something sweet without completely derailing your goals?

Try these Protein Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries! They're packed with protein, naturally sweet, and perfect when you're craving a treat this weekend. 🍓💪

Ingredients:
✅ 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
✅ 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
✅ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✅ 12 large strawberries
✅ Graham cracker crumbs (optional)

Directions:
1️⃣ Wash strawberries and remove the centers (Cut the bottom slightly if you'd like them to stand up).
2️⃣ Mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Fill strawberries with the mixture.
4️⃣ Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
5️⃣ Chill for 15–20 minutes and enjoy!

Strong isn't a body type. 🩷

It's the way you carry your kids' bags up the stairs without thinking about it.

It's the way you walk into a room and don't apologize for taking up space.

It's the way you keep your own appointments. Build your own muscle. Pour your own coffee. Live your own days.

You can be soft and strong. Tired and strong. 45 or 65 and strong.

Strong isn't what your body looks like. It's how it shows up for the life you want.

Real talk: how many times this week have you said "I'm too tired to go"?

Ladies, save this post for the next time you do.🩷

Because here's the thing nobody talks about: the workouts where you almost didn't show up are usually the ones that hit different.

The ones where you walk out of class lighter than you walked in.
The ones where the women next to you make you laugh out loud during a kettlebell swing.
The ones that remind you you're still in there.

The hard part is just the parking lot.

We've watched it happen hundreds of times: a woman who almost canceled, walking out an hour later, saying, "I needed that."

Ladies, can we talk bones for a minute? 🦴

Here's the scary part and the empowering part in the same breath:

In the 5–7 years after menopause, women can lose up to 20% of their bone density.

That's the scary part.

The empowering part? Strength training reverses it.

Not "slows it." Not "manages it." Actually rebuilds it. The research keeps stacking up, 2-3 days a week of lifting can:
